We ship orders to any country in Europe and the United States.

Europe:

Please allow 2-3 days for handling your order and 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered. 

US-CA: 

Please allow 2-3 days for handling your order and 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered. 

Australia: 

Please allow 2-3 days for handling your order and 10-15 working days for your order to be delivered. 

Please note that in some cases, orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

Returns and exchanges

Online purchases are valid for credit, or refund within 14 days from the ship date. Online purchase exchanges are only available in store. Your order confirmation contains an order number to make your return easy and specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to our store.

Please email us at calliope@calliope.com mentioning the order date and the number of your order.

Before you return your order, please make sure all items are new, unused and in their original package.
The returned package should also include a copy of the return email and the payment receipt.

In case the reason for returning a product is due to a the company’s error, we cover the shipping costs of the return product and deliver the order again at the shipping address you have specified at the company’s own expense.
